Finance and Administration Lead
Oscar holds a BSc Economics from Makerere University and currently also pursuing his ACCA qualifications. He joined Tusome Africa at a critical time of formation and has been involved in maintaining the books of accounts as well as overseeing the legal registration. Oscar has been involved in the two feasibility studies of Tusome Africa and therefore is fully embedded in the design of the strategy and the operationalisation of this.

Agnes is a lawyer by training and Human Rights Advocate with an interest in Access to Justice at grassroots level. Currently a Felix Scholar, studying for the Master of Public Policy (MPP), University of Oxford, 2017/18, Agnes continues to advocate for the right to education and its ability to change lives. She has advocated at many international platforms including the inaugural United Nations Solutions Summit at the UN Headquarters in New York, in September 2015, on BBC Radio Africa and at a number of TV channels.
Flavia is a graduate of Uganda Christian University where she pursued an undergraduate in Development Studies. She is a fashion enthusiast and a budding photographer having a hospitality background. She most recently was working with the SDF (World Bank Program) where she coordinated textile development. She is a poet , social writer and blogger contributing to Tusome Africa Communications.
Cathy is a data management specialist, with experience in monitoring and evaluation, programming and writing for publications. Cathy's professional life includes management of big data in health, education and the justice sectors. With a B.A in Information Technology and Dip. in Records Management from Makerere University, Cathy's work has consolidated experiences in tracking meta analysis projects, longitudinal studies and large scale baseline studies. Outside of Tusome Africa, I enjoy taking care of my three sons.
